A fun day learning
Taught by the best teachers in the south bay. 10am to 4pm. You can do a half day for only $40 including lunch (please, tip not included for food.) 9:30am registration.
Get lots of time to practice dancing with several instructors to help you. Performances, and FREE music practice CD to all who attend. No partner needed as we’ll rotate often.
Do bring your dance shoes (or buy them there) and comfortable clothes/workout. No jeans or skirts, no hiking shoes. Smooth bottomed leather soles or dance shoes recommended. Please no outside food or drinks. Water will be provided and a full Mexican buffet lunch between 11am and 3pm. This includes a soft drink! 9:30 am to 10am Registration.
10am to 12:45pm: Bachata Basics and Fundamentals. To include must know basics, turns, forward and back basics, half steps, et.Partnering, patterns, Dominican footwork, and fancy dips. Lots of time to practice.
1245pm to 1:15pm Mexican Buffet with soft drink. Enchiladas, beans, rice, salad, fruit, pork, tacos, and more to choose from.
1:15pm to 4pm: Salsa Basics and Essentials. To include basic step, basic turn, side cuban step, cumbia step, double turn, and more.Salsa patterns, Salsa Shines, and Salsa Dips! Lots of time to practice and dance!
Workshops to be held monthly! Workshops include basics, review and NEW information, so you can keep taking them if you wish.
